CANCELLATION POLICY

WHEN A SERVICE IS CANCELED WITHOUT A REASONABLE NOTICE WE MISS THE OPPORTUNITY TO PROVIDE SERVICE TO ANOTHER WAITING CUSTOMER. PLEASE PROVIDE 24 HOURS NOTICE IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT. FAILURE TO DO SO MAY RESULT IN 50% OF THE SERVICE CHARGED TO CARD ON FILE.  ALL COLOR AND CHEMICAL SERVICE CUSTOMERS MAY BE ASKED TO PROVIDE A CREDIT CARD NUMBER TO RESERVE YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME. 

LATE POLICY

WE ARE COMMITTED TO GIVING YOU THE BEST ONE-ON-ONE SERVICE AVAILABLE. IF YOU ARE MORE THAN 15 MINUTES LATE PLEASE BE PREPARED TO RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT TO ANOTHER TIME OR DAY. IF YOU ARE MORE THAN 15 MINUTES LATE WITH NO COMMUNICATION PLEASE BE PREPARED TO PAY IN ACCORDANCE WITH OUR CANCELLATION POLICY.
